Reading older profiles
Dates matter when a public company profile includes technical credentials.
A profile has a date
Older company descriptions can preserve useful history while containing credentials tied to an earlier period. Treat those statements in their historical context. Do not infer current certification from an undated copy of a former profile.
Ask for the right record
A present-day project needs the documentation applicable to the responsible organisation and the actual scope. Confirm the relevant certificate, issue period and coverage through the appropriate official source. A brand lineage and a certification are different kinds of information.
Keep context visible
Clear historical writing names the source and the period it describes. This helps readers understand continuity without confusing past appointments, ownership or qualifications with current arrangements.
